At the Australian War Animal Memorial Organisation (AWAMO), we take great pride in the quality of our products and the care taken when packing and shipping every order. Our goal is for you to feel confident and supported when shopping with us.
We offer returns or refunds only for products that are faulty or that cannot be repaired or replaced.
A product may be considered faulty if:
It arrives damaged or broken.
It does not function as described.
It has a manufacturing defect.
It is missing components or significant parts.
If a product issue can be resolved with replacement parts or a repair, we will work with you to provide the most appropriate solution before issuing a refund.
Due to the nature of our fundraising mission and charity-based operations, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect choice (including size or colour)
Accidental damage after delivery
Normal wear and tear
If you believe your product is faulty or unfixable, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Clear photos or videos showing the fault
This helps our team quickly assess the problem and determine the next steps.
Once we receive your request:
We will review the details and evidence provided.
If necessary, we may request additional information or arrange the return of the item for inspection.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty or unfixable, we will offer either:
A replacement, or
A full refund (including any standard shipping fees).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If your item is confirmed faulty or unfixable, AWAMO will cover the cost of return shipping where required.
If the item is not found to be faulty, return shipping will not be reimbursed and the item may be sent back at your expense.
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
