The War Animals Memorial in Mudgeeraba, Queensland, is located at 8 Worongary Road at the Mudgeeraba Light Horse Museum. This memorial honors the animals, such as dogs, horses, mules, donkeys, and pigeons, that have served alongside Australian soldiers. The project was driven by Councillor Nadia O’Carroll and Senior Constable Nigel Allsopp, president of the Australian War Animal Memorial Organisation (AWAMO).
